Here's my people-watching art collection—mostly hand-drawn, with a few done on my iPad. I've added a touch of personal imagination to some of the pieces. Enjoy!

For anyone interested in doing people-watching sketches but haven't tried yet, it not only requires quick drawing skills to capture moments but also some other quirky talents. Here are some tips to get started:
It's best to sketch people from a distance—getting too close can feel awkward!
Avoid staring at them for more than 3 seconds while you draw; keep it natural. (Here's a strange thing I've noticed recently: even when you're sketching someone absorbed in their phone from afar, if you stare too long, they might sense your gaze.)
Personally, I find bustling parks, where people picnic, walk their dogs, and snap photos, to be the best spots for people-watching. Coffee shops come next, where folks are usually working or chatting. (Plus, while you're sketching, you might overhear some juicy gossip from those around you—maybe it'll even inspire your artwork.?)
Grab your pen and paper—let's go!
